Consulting
If you need results fast and/or don't have the staff available to get your project running, Lanboss provides cost effective consulting services. These are typically provided on a project by project basis where the requirement has a specific outcome, for example:
  • Software Auditing, compliance preparation and remediation
  • Workstation changes
  • Comprehensive IT audit
  • Budget planning.
Consulting services are normally fulfilled using a mixture of on-site and remote access services and can include product rental, consulting, engineering and comprehensive reporting. Education

Education
Network management is very broad field that covers virtually every aspect of building, deploying and maintaining an IT estate. The Uniboss platform has been designed to make network management as easy as possible.

To help get up and running quickly Lanboss has a number of training courses to assist you in understanding the systems and getting the most out of them.

Three classes of courses are offered:
  1. Installer - To get your system built, rolled out and maintained
  2. Operator - Learn to manage the system and report on the gathered information
  3. Dedicated - Advanced topics like report writing, scripting and migrations
The majority of the courses have been set up to be one-day events, aimed at a particular type of Lanboss user, for example installer and operator. More advanced topics have dedicated courses that are aimed at technical specialists and systems architects and these may be longer than one day. Support Services

Support
We understand what's needed from a customer support service.   At Lanboss we pride ourselves on providing the kind of support we'd be happy to receive, we strive to ensure that you always have the support you need, when you need it.

Lanboss provides two forms of support to our clients. These are:
  1. Product Support that is included with product purchase
  2. Support Services to give you higher levels of support and ongoing services
