Reporting Features

The critical point of any audit is how you can access the data you have accumulated. You can have the most comprehensive of audits but if you can't access and interpret the data in a simple manner then it was a wasted exercise. Server Manager incorporates an extensive and fully-featured reporting tool enabling you to generate a range of standard reports covering subjects such as all software installed, hardware breakdowns, systems that are outside your current standard configuration (i.e. due for upgrade).

Custom Reports

You are also able to define your own reports using the built-in designer. From defining the data to use and how to select it through to how it will be represented on the report (including headers, footers, and groupings) you are in control.

Presenting the Results

The ability to output the reports as industry standard PDF files (reader available free of charge from Adobe Systems) enables you to put professional results in an accessible form for the decision makers in your company.
