Mail Migrator

Overview

Mail Migrator provides a seamless path to transition from your legacy Novell Groupwise mail system to Microsoft Exchange with full control over just what is migrated and when it's migrated.

With Mail Migrator you have the capability to migrate only that email which is considered pertinent (or will fit within any mailbox size limitations you may be implementing). Any email that isn't migrated is held in the Mail Migrator system and can be accessed either via a web interface or a client-based tool. This enables you to provide continuity for email users while at the same time not burdening your Exchange system with gigabytes of legacy messages.

Unlike most products, Mail Migrator reaches beyond the server to encompass workstations as an integral part of the system to be migrated. Once a users email has been moved to the Exchange system Mail Migrator can remove the Groupwise client from their PC and even install the Outlook client in its place. It even takes care of cleaning all the registry entries that Groupwise can leave behind that could cause Outlook installation to fail. All of this can be achieved without physically visiting the workstation.
