Mail Migrator

Filtering
While migrating email and address books you can apply filters to control what is migrated.
For email messages you can specify filtering rules to migrate only 'pertinent' emails or a specific volume of messages, i.e. 'the last 90 days of email' or '100MB in total'. Of course Mail Migrator allows you to apply multiple rules to each mailbox so 'the last 90 days of email AND less than 100MB in total' is easily achieveable. No email is discarded, all email not migrated to the system can be made available through an easy to use web interface or client-based tool.
You have similar control over the migration of address books to ensure that only relevant addreses are moved to the Exchange system. A common filter would remove all local addresses from the Frequent Contacts in the Groupwise address book, this both removes potentially invalid addresses while also encouraging the users to make use of the Exchange system address book.
Of course Mail Migrator allow you vary the filters down to a user-by-user basis for those who have specific requirements outside of a global policy.
