Every email administrator wrestles with the need to provide an adequate email storage while coping with the users habit of storing every email they have ever received. Mail Migrator gives you the option to control how much of each users mail box is migrated to the Exchange server.

Those messages that are not migrated are held in a Legacy Mail Archive so, although the user may not have all their email in their Exchange mail box, nothing is lost. The users can access their older or over-capacity emails through a simple-to-use web interface or via a client tool.

Both methods offer an Outlook-like interface with folder hierarcy, message list and preview pane. This enables users to sort, read and organise (via user-created mail folders) their legacy emails, save attachments, and delete mail.

The archive offers a powerful way to reduce mail server load without losing mail.
