Courses Overview
When we first started developing our workstation management products, we never dreamt that we would need to train users in them, after all the tools have always been highly focused, written 'by Techies, for Techies' and everyone can work out what we are getting at, right? Not so, the products grew in capability and accessibility, and so our audience has extended too. Version 1 of the product had a single training course that covered it's installation and use.
With the advent of Workstation Manager v2.x, Synchro and the Server Manager, the capabilities have grown dramatically and it is now a truly multi faceted product suite that no single course could do justice. The Lanboss Academy portfolio now extends to include five primary courses for Operators and Engineers with additional Dedicated modules as follows:

Operator
|
Operator courses are aimed mainly at users of an installed Lanboss system. Typical users would include helpdesk staff, financial planners and IT managers who need to look up information about their users or workstations. |
Engineering
|
Engineering courses are aimed at installers and high end users of the Lanboss products. Typical types of installers and examples of their activities could include:

Lanboss Academy offers a number of specialised workshop styled courses dedicated to answering specific requirements. These include the Compliance Management course, aimed at End-User Software Compliance Managers who are assisting their organisations achieve FAST or BSA accreditation using the Lanboss Workstation Manager. The Gold Build is a course aimed at system builders that focussed on creating quality workstation images that are both easy to use as well as easy to maintain.
